Calling this a liner failure, but we need confirmation. Description is garbled. Bridge cannot shut down one cylinder. The engine must be totally shut down in order to cut fuel to a single piston. Moreover, the cooling system is not isolated by cylinders. If it was a liner failure, they would have to remove the piston and liner, which is a 4 to 10 hour job, and isolate everything before restarting engine.
