OSG TANKER IN TROUBLE. The "Overseas Houston", the first of OSG's series from Aker Philadelphia, had main engine failure off Florida last night, on its positioning voyage from Philadelphia to the Houston area, and a Maritrans tug is now towing her into Tampa. February 19/20, 2007.

OSG said problem was LO sensor, also mentions may have detected debris in line. Crew chose not to over-rule. If this story is true, it would indicate a pretty incompetent ER staff. There has to be something more to force the ship to be towed.
