25 year-old oil M/T Banglar Shourabh -- caught fire last month at the outer anchorage of Chittagong port -- fate soon to be decided whether she will be repaired or scrapped. Suspect while cleaning ship's tanks, sparks from the electric blower might have caused the fire and explosion which killed 3 crew on board. Heavy seas and fractures in the ship's hull July 21, appear on to have put that beyond question.
