Photo shows entire deck blown away in way of manifold from about 5 m inboard on port side to 3 m inboard on starboard side. Longitudinal extent maybe 30 m. Piping and cargo cranes blasted away. It is a miracle we only killed one person. If 1700 time is correct, they may have been at dinner. Good chance that 6C was not the tank involved.

No cause info. Were they tank cleaning? Were they tank repairing? Did cargo get into the double bottom?

Ship was converted to heavy lift ship.
