748ft. Cayman Islands flagged M/T Margara, Cartagena, Colombia for Tallaboa, Puerto Rico with 308,809 barrels of fuel oil six ran aground 3 miles S of Tallaboa, Puerto Rico, at 1:15 a.m. April 27. Successfully refloated by U.S. Coast Guard during high tide at 12:26 a.m. May 1. Currently in deep water holding position 5 NM off Guayanilla Bay, Puerto Rico. No reports of pollution.
