According to a Genmar statement, the Transporter had discharged cargo
and was leaving the port in ballast.
The Cape Bowen, which was entering the port,
struck the Genmar vessel around 1320 local time,
as it was leaving the pilot pick up area.
The Genmar Transporter was said to have sustained damage
to the number 5 port cargo tank and the number 6 port ballast tank.
A "small sheen of oil" was reported on the site.
