ETC shows this as two spills, 7000B of Arab Hvy, and 8819B of BFO, both at Yosu. Probably same casualty and they were just trying to show both materials But there are no BFO tanks anywhere near 2P.

During berthing manoeuvres on 17 November 1995 at the crude oil terminal in Yosu, the fully laden Panamanian tanker Honam Sapphire struck a fender puncturing the No 2 port wing tank. An unknown quantity of Arabian heavy crude oil escaped from the damaged tank. The spilled oil drifted south and contaminated shorelines up to 30 km away.

One US source says 370,400G (8800B) which would be a very sizable hole. On a Marpol SH, the two wings are normally ballast tanks?? Much confusion about this spill. Need more info, especially cause.
