Corossion not a factor, almost certainly fatigue.
The only reason we know about this problem.
is that the ship had a major tank over-pressurization casualty
a week later at Fawley.
It shows up in the MAIB report.
Looks like Rotterdam shoved it under the rug
despite the fact that there apparantly was a small amount
of oil in the water.
