Explosion and fire off Singapore. Ship broken up. Crude oil leaked into forward deep tanks from cargo tanks through fractured bulkhead. Gases from deep tank penetrated forepeak tank store and exploded in store when entered, killing 2 men. Resulting fire caused further explosions of paint stowed in sstore.

FSI references MSC 46/17 No 89 but CTX has not yet seen. Clearly there was bad corrosion forward. Flag is Liberian. This is the ship that did so well in the Torres Strait grounding.
