vessel was struck by lightning,
exploded and sank at the Esso SBM, Pulau Ayer.
Pretty clear ship was not inerted,
despite being built in 1974, but we could use confirmation.
Ship may have been doing post-discharge cargo survey
in which case at least some of the ullage lids
would have been open.
