Cedre paper says 20,000 T, location Vigo. Spanish source says 15,000 tons, calls location Finisterre.

Hooke seems to indicate that there were 30 people on board of which 25 were rescued, but wording is not totally clear.

We don't have any weather info, but looks like another hull failure in the Bay of Biscay area.

Need info.
